CRUSHEDit Sports and Supplements will deliver your parcel with speed and simplicity to any location within South Africa. So, no matter where you are located in the Country you can purchase your Supplements on our website and expect your parcel to arrive at your doorstep with no hassle.

The Delivery Options

www.crusheditsupplements.co.za uses various shipping, courier and delivery methods to get your parcel to you on time and when you need it!

Door to Door – Our Door To Door service is handled by various professional courier companies who will deliver your parcel straight to your door. With this service, you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.

Please Note that all orders will be shipped Door To Door unless a postal address is provided.

Delivery Rates

Kwa-Zulu Natal

–          Orders Under R500 will carry a shipping charge of R50

–          Orders Over R500 will be shipped Free of charge

Rest of South Africa (excl. KZN)

–          Orders Under R500 will carry a shipping charge of R100

–          Orders Over R500 will be shipped Free of charge

Delivery Times

All parcels can be traced and a Shipment Form with all your tracking information will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.

Door To Door – Major City Centres you can expect your parcel to arrive 2 – 5 working days and Outlying Areas you can expect your parcel to arrive 5 – 7 working days, this depends on the distance the parcel needs to travel.

Please Note that the courier companies deliver during normal working hours so please use your Work Address if no persons will be home during those times.

Important Points

– Orders placed after 12:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day. Normal working days are regarded as Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

– Delivery times specified above may not be applicable if there is an unforeseen complication.

– Orders will be shipped during Working Days.

Returns Policy

CRUSHEDIT Supplements accepts the return of goods purchased on the CRUSHEDIT website only if they are unopened and in their original condition. Should you return the goods within 14 days of receipt we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 1-2 working days of the item being accepted back into our warehouse. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Please always quote your order reference number when returning goods of any type.

For your protection, we recommend you use a fully tracked and insured service as CRUSHEDIT is not liable for any loss or damages during transit of the returned item/s.

Defective Item

CRUSHEDIT Supplements will only accept the return of defective goods if they are in their original condition. CRUSHEDIT does not accept the return of opened products unless the product is deemed defective.

Cancelling an Item

Should you request the cancellation of an item 14 days after receipt CRUSHEDIT Supplements will refund you the full price of the product (Less shipping fees if applicable) only if the it is unopened and in its original condition.

If you would like to return an item then please contact us and request a Returns Form – Complete the form and send it back to us along with all item/s, including the tags and original packaging, to the address found at the bottom of your order form.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] after which you will be guided through the returns process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
